Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery Costs

  • Standard Delivery: R200.00 flat rate for all orders.
  • Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our workshop in Kleinmond, Western Cape, or from our showroom in Strand, Western Cape.

Delivery Times

  • Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order.
  • Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Free of dog hair, dirt, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).

How to Initiate a Return Please email us at returns@treads2tails.co.za with your Order Number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT or to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged product, please send us a photo immediately at returns@treads2tails.co.za. We will replace it at no cost to you.
